BEFORE I WAS A COACH, I WAS A WOMAN WITH A STORY TO TELL

Addicted to the Addicted: A Journey from Heartbreak to Hopeful

When I wrote this book, I thought I was telling the story of addiction.

But it became something bigger—the story of a woman who lost herself trying to hold everyone else together. This book gave voice to the part of me that had been silent for too long.

It helped me see how many women fight alone—carrying pain, guilt, and responsibility that was never theirs to hold.

HOW MY WORK EVOLVED

Since then, my work has transformed. Today, I help women take their power back.

Through focused coaching, intuitive tools, and real conversations, I guide women through the process of reinvention—so they can stop surviving and start living.

This book was the beginning. Now, I help others create their next chapter.

What People Are Saying

“Addiction wreaks havoc on the life of the addict, but as this memoir shows, it can also wreak havoc on the lives of the addict’s family… My son may not be a corpse, but for most of his life he’s been a drugged-out zombie… and for me, I have felt as though I am a living corpse as I chase after him.”

— Kirkus Reviews

“Addicted to the Addicted should be required reading for people struggling with addiction or those in recovery, along with family and friends trying to help.”

— John E. McCormac, Mayor, Woodbridge, NJ

“A searing, sometimes funny, always moving account of a woman loving her son who is addicted to any and every substance… Her journey proves that love, in the end, is the only answer.”

— Gay Walley, author of The Venus As She Ages
